A note from 2026. I made this page in the summer of 1999, when I was 14. I found it on a backup disc in a box in my mum's attic. I've put it back up exactly as it was — typos, glitter and all — except for this box, and the grey notes, and the bits I've crossed out because they're gone.
Please don't sign the guestbook as if I'm 14. I'm 41 now. You can tell me what you made when you were 14. I'd like that.

hi!!! my name is kayleigh and i am 14. i live in a small town that is SO boring. this is my homepage that i made MYSELF with notepad (my brother says thats not a real program but it is).
i like: drawing horses, my hamster Pickles, the color purple, glitter gel pens, staying up late, and making websites (obviously lol)
i dont like: maths, my brother when hes annoying (always), and when the internet disconnects because mum picks up the phone!!!!
(2026: she still picks up the phone. there's no internet on it now. she does it anyway, I think to check.)
i have 3 pets!!! go 2 my pets page to meet them. Pickles is the best one but dont tell Mr Whiskers.
(2026: two of these were my cousin's band under different names. none of them made it. I still know all the words.)
this is Starlight. she is a horse i made up. she can fly but only at night.
2026: all three are gone. The man who maps this website keeps a memorial for dead links, and someone told me gone pages end up in the Webring That Isn't. So I've pointed them there. It felt better than leaving them nowhere.
(2026: the button is new. It's from Ally's Free Graphics Palace. It's true, though. It was always notepad.)
